European culture in one place.
EUNIC Serbia (European Union National Institutes for Culture) was founded in 2007 with the aim of promoting cultural relations between Serbia and Europe. Our network consists of 20 European cultural institutes and attachés who exchange ideas and develop joint European projects with the desire to help cultural diversity and creativity in Serbia.
EUNIC has four objectives:
In 2011, the EUNIC network, which was previously informally established, became an organization based in Brussels. EUNIC co-finances the European program Creative Europe since 2014. In addition, in May 2017 the Council of the European Union signed an administrative agreement based on the EU strategy for international cultural relations between EUNIC, the EEAS (European External Action Service) and the European Commission.
Within the “EUNIC Serbia” cluster, 20 European cultural institutes and attachés exchange ideas and develop joint European projects.
